·    Toothpaste- the white type

·    Honey

·    Sugar

·    Coconut water

HOW TO GUIDE

Mix lemon and toothpaste- the white toothpaste and not the gel

Leave overnight

Rinse of with coconut water in the morning

Then apply honey and sugar, let it sit for 5 mins

Rinse off
